Accept the Reality of Life

Refusing to accept the reality of life is quite foolish. The reality is that life is temporary, and it will not go on forever. But how many of us are willing to accept the reality that we will soon die one day and then we will have to face the disease, decay, and pain that come from it? That time, we will be detached from those people who are dear to us and we know it, but most of us don’t want to foresee and accept it. If we don’t accept this reality, then one fine day when this happens we will cry because we will find ourselves miserable without things that we have always loved.

But if we realize this truth now and start living with a spirit of detachment, knowing that nothing belongs to us and finally one day a time will come when we will have to move on without those whom we are so dear to, then we will not have to feel that pain and sorrow that come from living a life. Therefore, let us wake up before it is too late!
