Life is a combination of positives and negatives. A simple way to be happy in life is to accentuate the positive aspects and minimize the negative ones. Greater the positives, greater the joy, happiness, bliss, and peace. Greater the negatives, greater the worry, anxiety, tension, irritation, sorrow, disappointment and all such negative energy poisons. Hence, to live meaningfully, the challenge is to reduce the negatives and increase the positives in our lives.
Therefore, as you live each day, be with positive people; avoid being with negative people. See movies that send positive messages; avoid the negative ones. Avoid reading the newspaper and watching the news on TV as much as you can because such activities can end up taking away your joy. Play and laugh more. In short, avoid anything that affects your happiness.
Life is short… Enjoy life before it’s over and you can do this by adding more and more positives to your life. Simple add the positives and let your life grow in bliss. Subtract the negatives that corrode and destroy your life, and soon you will be dancing with joy!
