Pursue the source of your happiness

There is no doubt that the ultimate goal of life is happiness, and we all must aspire to be happy. Pursue happiness! However, do we know what creates or leads to happiness? Most of us don’t understand that the source of happiness is not physical pleasure, which is very transient.

True pleasure is the joy, bliss, and fulfillment that come from contentment. In fact, it comes from something that money can’t buy. It is the happiness that comes from what achievement cannot deliver to us. Enlightenment, realization, Nirvana, and Moksh ‑ we forget to pursue all these because we don’t realize that the true source of happiness is not just physical pleasure.

Once we realize this and start connecting with the source of happiness, then the river of joy will flow endlessly in our lives. We will remain happy no matter what because there will be changes in our overall attitude to life and our concept and paradigm of life. Then, we can say that we have understood the true purpose and meaning of life. So, while you are trying to pursue happiness, make sure that you pursue the source of happiness and you will be happy always!
